Sunday School is available for all children from preschool age through high school, every Sunday morning from September through June. Sunday School students are invited to attend the opening part of the 9:00 service; they are then dismissed at 9:30 a.m. to attend their classes. Our dedicated staff of volunteers provides a fun and educational experience for children as they learn about the Bible and God’s love for them.
Our Son Seekers Sunday School program, which targets kindergarteners through 6th graders, utilizes a Workshop Rotation Model (WoRM). This program recognizes that children learn through varied methods and allows them to experience God’s word, not just hear it. Each Sunday during a 4-6 week rotation, students visit a different workshop to experience the same story in a unique way. At Trinity we have six workshop stations: stories and games, arts and crafts, movies, drama, cooking, and computers. Sunday School classes are also provided for pre-schoolers, Jr. High and High School youth, utilizing age-appropriate, Bible-based materials. We offer summer Sunday School during the months of July and August, with a more informal lesson time. In September, a Rally Day Sunday kicks off the new Sunday School year. It is a fun-filled event that is designed around a different theme every year.
